Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

• Domestic with tracking: $20

• International with tracking: $40

Please note: House of Marz Media cannot and will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout or fees associated with incorrect shipping details.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty, and/or customs charges. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the cost of the order or the shipping charge. House of Marz Media is not responsible for any additional charges requested during shipment.

Can You Ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes.

How Long Does It Take To Ship My Order?

Online orders are processed Monday through Sunday from 9am - 5pm. Orders received on a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

We aim to print and ship all orders within 2-4 business days after receiving them.

Due to the nature of "printing to order," delays may occur—especially during peak periods (new releases, holidays, sales) or for pre-ordered items. Regardless, we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation email within 14 days of placing your order, please contact us immediately.

While we make every effort to ensure your order ships promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failures to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control once your order leaves our facility.
